Notice of Appeal was continued to next meeting, December 10, 2015.
Regular Meeting:
Chairman M. Masinda called the regular meeting to order. Members present as above.
New Business:
1. ZBA2015-8 Amend Special Exception Application (ZBA2014-12) expanding retail space 148 River Road (Map 15 Lot 27 Zone R80) Owner: Kosowicz Family Living Trust Applicant: Carol Lee (Received November 12, 2015 Public Hearing or decision by January 14, 2016)
Mark Masinda set a Public Hearing for December 10, 2015.

R. Maloney to motion to approve the minutes of October 12, 2015. M. Masinda seconded the motion. ~All voted in favor.
